Sign up and KYC

We have implemented a design that is both user-friendly and ensures the security of our users. In order to comply with regulations, we must ensure KYC for each new client. When users login for the first time on Lyber, they will have to enter their personal information, including, address, email, and telephone number, before they can verify their identity through a KYC process. This process has been streamlined so that it is quick and simple enough for every user. Once the KYC is verified, they will have access to every functionality of the application.

Buy, sell and exchange

Another way that Lyber has decided to differentiate itself from its competitors is by collecting lower fees in comparison to other platforms like Swissborg, Coinhouse or Revolut.

While competitors charge between 1-3% for every transaction, Lyber will charge only 0.5%, becoming one of the lowest fee brokers on the European market. In order to propose the best possible price to our customers, Lyber has developed a liquidity technology allowing our users to always sell and buy at the best possible price on the market.

Lyber will start by offering trading pairs on the 20 biggest pairs on the market.

Invest and create investment strategies

The process of investing into digital assets in the long run still remains complicated for most people outside of the crypto ecosystem. Which assets to choose? When should I invest? How much should I allocate to different assets?

Lyber has developed a second technology to allow its users to easily invest in crypto-assets over a period of time. Lyber is helping its clients to find the most appropriate investments but also to build their own investment strategies so they can decide how much to allocate to different assets.

B2B OTC brokerage

In addition to having a retail focus, Lyber would like to offer a B2B buy and sell service. In fact, more and more publicly traded companies such as Tesla, MicroStrategy, and Square Inc., are starting to diversify their assets by adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets.

One of Lyber's goals is to offer an exclusive 7/7 and personalised crypto assets buying and selling service for professionals, charging a commission of between 1 and 2%, depending on the amount of the transaction.

Users who have signed up with a valid affiliate link will receive a 10% fee discount for 6 months on every buy and sell transaction on Lyber.

Referrers Pay-outs

Referrers receive a percentage of 20%, equivalent to the total commissions paid by the users they have referred. This will be paid directly in (€) euros into their Lyber wallets. Each referral generates affiliate commissions for the lifetime of the account.

Example: If a user has referred 1,000 users who generate €1,000,000 volume in a month, the referrer will earn 20%*0.5%*1,000,000 = 1,000 euros.

As previously mentioned, Lyber enables users to devise investment strategies. The Lyber team is now advancing this feature by integrating AI to suggest investment strategies to users.
